How come Rating can't be carried over weekly?

Yes, I’m playing a rogue and we’ve already taken a 50% nerf, but who hasn’t yet…Destro lock, frost mage, fury warrior, but what’s the most annoying is HPriest. Almost all healers are running holy priest now. They can fly up, have greater fade, guardian, pretty much a lay on hands, and can rez with archbenedicts. They are the most broken healer in the game in pvp. Nerf rogues again, idc, but Jesus, please nerf Hpriest and hopefully destro and frost mage while you’re at it.

tried to rating shame Jayne in that thread and when they realized Jaynes literally like 3k xp, it turned into some unhinged rant about moba eSports and streaming for big bucks
