It says 0/1 Spark of Dreams even though I added it.
I cancelled and redid it to make sure, and it still says 0/1.

OP, are you trying to craft on that toon? or is it underleveled toon?

There’s a limit on how many public work orders someone can do within a certain amount of time and the limit isn’t that high, so if a lot of other people are getting stuff crafted, it could take longer than usual. You would have to ask around for a leatherworker who will do it for you as a personal work order
I just asked in trade chat and 2 people said 14K for a tip lol.

1k g for a work order for THAT item specifically is not gonna cut it.
Just to craft the item the guy who is gonna fill your order has to go do all of the brackenhide hollow dungeon and THEN can they craft the boots so yeah, don’t expect them to be crafted anytime soon.

The Toxic Thorn Footwraps require the crafter to go all the way to a table at the end of the Brackenhide instance to craft them. Super honest, even though I have a cleared instance saved, that wouldn’t be enough to make me drag all the way down there and run all the way through the instance to get to the table. If I were already there for some other reason I would fill it, but I wouldn’t go specifically for just 1000g.

This is another reason. Someone else offering 1000g tip for something I can craft at the table in Vald is going to get their thing crafted first.
Are you possibly trying to pair the wrong spark with a given ilevel upgrade item? Certain ilevel boosting items (like the crests) need specific sparks to go with them. Check on that first to make sure you have a correct pairing.

I have seen 15k+ tip even though they’re using their own materials, not the crafter’s.

Well, for one things its a difficult recipe to get. Then its a pest of an item to make, and why they set it up that way seems to indicate they want people to pay through the nose for it. I have seen multiple Trade requests for it go unanswered even on my servers. Obviously it is a lot more work than many people are prepared to do.

Unless I’m mistaken, that craft requires going into a dungeon and clearing it to the end. I’d expect a fat tip for that kind of work for a random person.

There’s a couldron that can be crafted to replace having to go into the brackenhide dungeon but that couldron is super pricey to make mat wise as well and only has 3 charges.
