I thought they had record earnings?
Because ddos is primarily an attack on their ISP, not on Blizzard. Despite popular belief, major companies, like Blizzard, still have to pay an ISP for their internet connection.

DDOS attacks are horrible. When they happen, all you can do is wait. There’s ways to try to protect them, but nothing is 100%.
