I’ve been testing this over many different scenarios and for whatever reason blizz has prevented any of us from being qued with any other player. Even folks not testing.
I’m just trying to find out why we can que all with different average que timers and wait over 10 minutes and not get matched? Is there a daily limit to the number of pet battles allowed?
Edit: another 10 minutes, no match for anyone. Do they turn pet pvp off? Even leaving and requeing shows an average wait timer of 1 minute, however there are several in que and none are matched.
There will be rules for match making but they are all black boxed (not made public).
You’ve put together a group with the intent of running an experiment to try and work out what the rules are. However, its also possible that the server see’s that same group as an intent to win trade so it’s not matching yous together.
Or it could be some other reason all together. No one knows the rules cept the developers.
OP, that is because you are all in different pet battle groups.
Look at it like this, you are in pet battle group A, your friend is in B. You will never get paired with your friend no matter how long you wait, how many resets occur or what pets you use. Your battle groups will not match. You can only be matched with other people in group A. Your friend can only be matched with B.
Considering more and more people are complaining of long wait times for pet battle pvp I think it is time to get rid of the groups and let us all be eligible to battle each other.
