I mean really every daily I do only gives me 55 rep and with a contract sometimes a extra 11 rep amazing right? Not. I just don’t understand how anyone can unlock flying right now without playing all day for 8 hours doing rare kills and dailes which takes like 10 mins. Honestly please tell me I’m wrong and how I can increase my speed getting pathfinder part 2. Mechagon I’m not worried about bc they give decent rep but 55 rep is in obscene.
You don’t. Other than the contract there is no way to speed it up. Just do the dailies and hunt the rares.
Fish and pet battle.
Basically, no life the hell out of the zones.
That’s wrong…there’s guides on Wowhead for how to speed the reps up, lol.
No. It doesn’t speed it up. It just tells you everything there is to do in the zone.
So how in the world did people already unlock flying 2 weeks in? I just don’t see it being possible unless they didn’t leave there rooms for a week straight and got no sleep bc the numbers can’t possible add up to that. Are the pet battles difficult to be honest I never did them and how many are there usually per day?
I just unlocked flying today, some people in my guild hit it a few days ago.
-Do EVERY SINGLE WQ in the zones. If there is a quest available whether at the hub or walking around, take it. Do it.
-Killing rares for the first time give you rep. Kill them all.
-Completing the legendary pet battles give you 250 rep EACH (this is absolutely huge i took up pet battling for this i had never done it before)
-Fishing. I never did this which is why some people hit it before me but there is good rep to be had here google it for more info.
-Contracts. You can buy them now since people are revered. Everything adds up.
-Using the scrying stone in nazjatar can get you additional REP reward items
-Levelling your companions to 5 in nazjatar gives you rep, get one to 5 and then switch.
Thats about it. There is random drops some of my guild mates got that gave them rep for what not but I was not as lucky
I love your logic, anyone who does something faster than you must be some no life loser, not because they are capable of reading a basic guide and do things efficiently…
The game really isn’t that difficult. Takes me about 2-3 hours to do all my dailies, grouping up makes it quicker. It’s also not like they’re making you reach Exalted, because they could’ve easily made that a part of the achievement. Revered is easy, and should take you no more than 2 weeks of playing if you’re doing everything you can. Can’t QQ about everything.
You can farm certain mobs for drop items that give rep (the Glimmershell Hulks off the top of my mind). The legendary pet battles give 250 rep with their turn ins, and doing the Summons from the Deep every other hour gives 150 rep.
First time wins award 250 rep each. Total pet battle rep in Naz = 3000. Repeat wins don’t award rep.
Conversely, getting a follower to 10 also awards rep. And probably at 15, 20, 25, and 30.
But basically what the OP said they didn’t want to do, is how players unlocked PF2 in a week (or less in a few cases). A good number of players will have unlocked it by the time Season 3 begins if they’ve kept up with daily quests in Nazjatar & Mechagon (most will probably hit Revered with Mech before Nazjatar).
I play very little and am halfway through honoured with both new factions. If a hyper-casual like me has gotten this far this quickly, I’m sure anyone who puts a bit of time in is probably already done.
Here’s a list I posted on Wednesday (when i got flying) in response to the same question:
- Check wowhead’s daily “here’s what’s new on mechagon/nazjatar” list. There’s always a section leading to it on the front page.
- Fish on Mechagon isle. 10 rare fish, each 25 rep, doable every day.
- Get the personal time displacer from Mechagon in future time. When you go there due to Chromie, don’t leave until you have the blueprint. There are dailies EVERY DAY in future time but unless Chromie is there, the only way to get there is your personal time machine.
- Do all the pet battles. This is especially important in Nazjatar.
- Do all the quests. Note that Mechagon has many quests that DO NOT SHOW UP ON THE MAP and you have to go there to see them.
- Kill all the rares. Each gives rep the first time you kill it. (Non-repeatable.)
- The rare coral giants in Nazjatar each have a special, hidden way to activate them. When activated and killed they can drop an item that gives 350 rep and 100 combat follower XP for each of your 3 combat helpers.
I haven’t battled pets for years. Decided to give it a go.
Checked the wowhead guide. Acquired the 6 pets needed, upgraded them all to rare L25, and beat all 12 Naz and 8 on Mech in 3 hours. Used about 10 pet bandages to speed up the healing after each battle.
Good rep on Naz (2.5k) not so good on Mech. (600) You get rep for the first kill even without a wq up for that pet. After that, it’s only 1 per day for each zone.
Other than pets, I did a few rares each day, probably spending an hour in each zone for 8 days and had flying. Turned out to be pretty easy.
Is the grind for flying worth it? Absolutely yes. As an altoholic, completing the war campaign for your 5th follower is a breeze with flying. Not to mention playing horde is a big win with easy navigation between the seal, scrapper, and dock.
race change to human, get flying 10% faster.
The secret truly is pet battles. 75 for the initial win, 250 for the quest turn in.
I don’t have an issue with the new zone rep, but I wish they would do something with the BFA launch reps. Turtle rep and Champions of Azeroth rep are painfully slow, I just returned and it’s gonna take weeks to get those original reps up to revered.
Besides what you are doing?
Fishing in mechagon+killing rares(only once)+pet battles
Nazjatar is killing rares(only once)+pet battles(defeating all pets in nazjatar gives you 3.000 rep). There is also the companion items which gives rep but i don’t think its worth farming them even if they speed up the 3000 exp by 2 days giving you acess to the last quest in naz.
And never skip dailies nor emissaries.
Do all Nazjatar dailies.
Do the World Event (Summoning something, I forget) to get 150 rep daily.
There are 4 Tree elites (just type tree elites nazjatar in Google) and there is a weekly item that gives 100 Follower XP to each one (300 total). Why this is important is because once you get each one to Level 5 you will get some quest specific to the follower (have to have the follower with you) and you can do a quest that gives you a 400 rep token.
Pet Battle if you want, if you have the Falcosaur pets from Legion you can clear most of Nazjatar Elite pet battles.
I completed flying Thursday, but I did do the Pet battles (6 of them) to get the rep I needed. Assuming you dislike pet battles, just do the other activities above and you will likely have flying either Monday or can finish up Tuesday (doing the weekly activities).
Can also possibly get lucky with an emissary in the coming days to help you out.
All these acitivites are not done by no lifeing, in fact Nazjatar is more restricted imo so just find a day to do the weekly activities and otherwise do your dailies and wait. I have had some late nights in Mecha/Nazjatar, but its not to grind rep and is more about getting materials or looking for certain elusive rares.
