I know the appearance drops from Stunraan, but that is about like trying to win the lottery so… yeah.
On your link there is a “same model as” tab that shows anything else with the same look. This item seems to be the only way so unfortunately the grind for the drop is the only way to get it.
It is the boots for the Tier 1 DF raid set, for what it’s worth. These boots in particular are the ‘normal’ appearance, but the appearance for LFR, Heroic, and Mythic do not appear to be in the game anymore.
