I cannot figure out for the life of me how to acquire the Core of the Walking Mountain, Season 1 Mythic recolor of the warrior’s belt - https://www.wowhead.com/item=200429/core-of-the-walking-mountain
From what I understand this can only be acquired by using the revival catalyst on an epic piece of ilvl 411-424 gear. However the “awakened” effect has made all of the gear a much higher ilvl than this. Does anyone know a solution?
You had to use the catalyst during the appropriate season to get it. Now the only way is to get it from the raid.
I could be wrong but I think you may need a normal raid difficulty-tier belt from season 1 to be able to catalyst this since the current season’s set appearance is different.
You’d need a 415 belt from season 1 to convert at the catalyst.
Which raid? It doesn’t drop from any boss, it must be converted…is this going to be totally unobtainable now or do you think they’ll make a vendor for them in TWIW?
when you are able to solo a mythic vault boss ten years from now that drops a belt you will be able to convert it. the SL converter still works
It has the same model as a zone drop item in Vault of the Incarnates according to Wowhead. The catalyst will not work any more. You’ll have to farm the raid and hope it drops.
Probably need to wait for the next expansion once the awakened phase is over. Once they become soloable, youll have to try for it then.
