How can I disable the Covenant minimap button?

I don’t need it, don’t want it, hate its constant flashing.

If you just want it to stop flashing rather than be gone altogether then:

/run hooksecurefunc(GarrisonLandingPageMinimapButton.MinimapLoopPulseAnim, "Play", function() GarrisonLandingPageMinimapButton.MinimapLoopPulseAnim:Stop() end) GarrisonLandingPageMinimapButton.MinimapLoopPulseAnim:Stop()

You should be able to copy/paste everything except the /run into the website addon.bool.no to create/download the code as an addon so you don’t have to run the script each time you login.

There’s also an addon called SexyMap that will allow you to hide the covenant (Garrison) button.

I’d like the reverse, a button from which I could see any of the old garrisons as well.

There’s at least 2 addons that will do that.

  1. GarrisonSwitch
  2. Garrison Order Hall Report

Either they show a list of different mission tables when you right click (from WoD to SL) or they show extra buttons in the Shadow Lands Covenant window after you click on it. Regardless you can only see the mission results and available missions, you still have to go to the garrison, class hall, etc… to run missions
