“Traditionally?” You mean last season where Warlocks were doing just fine (though admittedly it was a balanced season in general), or S3 and S4 of Shadowlands where Warlocks were busted OP and wanted for everything?
Try not to blow things out of proportion this season. It’s 100% the god comp that is screwing everything up. Balance outside of it is remarkably good, though that may just be because everyone has the same ceiling when it’s god comp +X.
