In M+ I use Piety in conjunction with Radiance to deal with 2-3 target damage scenarios (pretty common, really). The overheal on the undamaged party members goes into the damaged members, making it a specialized cleave heal. Waste No Time really helps to bazooka that healing out, too. One of my favorite tools.
