I have 3 full geared toons who capped every single week, not so bad, only one dps.
I recently leveled a DK to max, and want to get started. However, I am a little astonished, since i havent played rated in a minute, these queues are 20+ minutes? How on earth are you supposed to gear a dps at all? you get 110 conquest for a solo match victory, that is an absurd amount of time, JUST TO GEAR.
And forget group finder, theres like 5 people that are there seriously.
What is happening? This is on a saturday night too. No one is playing???
Solo queue should never be used as a means to gear a character. That sounds horrible.
Pick up the quests, prioritize air drops in the world and play pick-up 2s/3s.

Lol I geared this guy to the gear level he is in now in 2 days playing 3.5 hours each day.

First did bloody token farming until I got enough tokens to buy all of the bloody token gear I wanted. During this make sure to get every possible crate drop and target bounties as they drop alot of bloody tokens.
After you finish with bloody tokens and buying the gear you want spam 2s with any random partner you can get with at least a 50/50 win rate. Once you get 4 wins you get 9 trophies from an item you are awarded. Use these trophies to craft epic pvp pieces of your choice.
Once you get to 2500 conquest earned you are awarded tokens that you can trade for your epic pvp weapons.
You can also buy and send conquest boxes from the conquest vendor to send to alts for 375 conquest each.
Assuming you’re talking about Solo Shuffle, you don’t want to do that if you’re just gearing. You’ll end up sticking out like a sore thumb and getting destroyed every round.

what? 1 win can get u the 9 trophies to make the 3 crafted pieces
I dunno for some reason it always takes 4 wins for me to get them it has been like that on all of my characters 
All world quests give 100 bloody tokens, Do the 1k bloody token quest + every WQ you can/loot crates for more and use warmongering gear on top of conquest you get from quests +2s/3s.
Free 9 trophy quest gets you neck/rings. (or 2 other pieces depending on what you want to make)
Between warmongering gear and your free trophy pieces you will have quite a bit of 636 gear and can spam low mmr 2s/3s for conquest. Don’t shuffle or blitz as those are both very slow conquest grinds.
I just make an lfg that says, “fresh char lf cap!”, grab whoever, and do wm quests for bloody token gear and get ~636 ilvl in ~2 hours?
Just queing on ur mains will earn you conquest and honor, collect conquest tokens (if healer), spend honor on bloodstones, spend conquest on boxes, mail boxes to alt, convert to tier, enchant, can gear an alt instantly if u play the game enough

110 for a win is very good tho i bought chest+shoulder for 2set after less than 20 games played and almost at my 3rd piece already. every time ive pvped before aka SL you had to do this catchup at +25 per win…
I’ve gotten it every time in 1st win of any pvp content… Guess just random and I’ve been lucky which I’m okay with
Just spam twos and do world quests for blood tokens. It’s very fast tbh.
