How are you going to find a guild in WoW Classic?

Are you just going to jump into a server and meet pwople as you go, or are you actively looking for a guild online or on discord somewhere?

I don’t have a plan yet because I don’t know how much I plan to play once I cap. I have some IRL friends to level with so no need to go guild shopping for now.

If I play, I’ll probably be guildless. I have little interesting in joining a guild.

Pretty much. That, or I’m sure just like always, that people will be recruiting. Meeting people is certainly the preferable way.

Pretty much this. I’ve got 5 or 6 people that are gonna play classic as well, so not really enough to start our own guild. We’ll just go woth the flow and stay together

Most of my “friends” in Vanilla were in different guilds. In fact, I was in 2 different guilds.

In all likelihood, I’ll start my own, look for friends, and merge everything into a new guild months down the line.

Already joining a guild that hasnt even been created yet. I have a lot of friends that haven’t played since cata or mop who are coming back for classic. We are already getting old and new friends together and discussing the guild name. Have a FB group together for it now, so far we are about 50 strong.

I’ll be creating my own. If I decide to stick around long-term, I’ll be slowly and gradually inviting people I really get along with who haven’t already got a guild. Very long-term, I’d like to organize for raiding in a way that allows for much looser schedules.

Wait to see what server a certain person rolls on, choose that server, then apply to join their guild. Fun times will abound, it’ll never be dull.

Same way as always. Group up, meet people. Pvp, quests, dungeons.
Those who I click with…‘Mind if I add you to friend’s list?’
Eventually it works out.
