Ive been trying to do bigger, more aggressive pulls in keys but now that we are capped at 5 targets for Thrash, getting threat on everything is nearly impossible. Esp with with big pumpers… DH, BM. Im just tabbing trying to thrash/Raze but its too much.
They need to remove the target cap for Thrash. This doesnt make sense with how M+ is being run now a days.

Yeah, initial snap threat is terrible now. I’m always seeing a few that I have to grab. Big pulls are a PITA initially, and can be deadly if not gotten under control.
Bears aren’t in the best place anymore. But, we can adapt by just doing things a bit slower and maybe differently. And, that’s ok.
I’ve found that in keys, a little slower is often faster. But you can’t tell the punk hyper kids that.
Thrash isn’t target capped afaik, only the rage generation talent associated with it, and it was actually a net buff, for any time that number of targets is below 8.
At 5 targets, you get 15 rage per tick, before the change, it was 10.
If you are running out of rage for raze/ironfur spam, you could swap bristling fur for brambles.
Adjust your Bear talents to pick up GG and Twin Moons. That helps make up a lot of the rage generation difference. You can adjust the class tree to your preference.
The interaction between Moonfire and GG is back from S1. No one knows if it was intentional or not.
I ran 4 low keys on the Bear last night just to test things out and the only thing that got me was an ignorance of a mechanic. Bears really are fine, we just have a bad and bugged tier set this go around.
