Well, then said person would have been running dungeons as DPS, Heals, or other Tank specs. Doing so, this person already knows the requirement that is put on the tank to run the instance with their head on fire or suffer the consequences.
That leaves you with training dummies to practice your rotation, or as always, find a group of friends and never have these self created pug problems again.
