I can tell you how I learned my newer tanks, and sometimes even other classes/specs that’s by going to older content but not too old.
You don’t want to be one shorting things but if you go to a raid from the previous expansion on a tank they usually provide some risk. It gives you a chance to solo but practice your rotation and defensives
