How are streamers can log in and play when the all the servers is down for maintainance?

Streamers like Nagura, Ziqoftw, MichelleR.
They are logged in and playing right now.

Nagura is Italian, if I recall correctly. And EU servers aren’t in maintenance. US servers are

They are paying for the premium subscription. It’s $80 extra per month but you can play during downtime.
