There are some items such as enchants and trinkets whose effect will increase the highest secondary stat. Is the highest stat based on the numeric value or the percentage value.
For example:
Crit is 9412 @ 25%
Master is 7676 @ 32%
Which one is considered as the highest?
It’s based on numeric value.
Crit is the highest.
Numerical value is always what matters for things like this. This is the same for stat DRs, abilities that increase % value (Such as bloodlust, power infusion) have no effect on what your highest stat is, nor the amout of it that is lost to the DR.
