I know it’s a very subjective question, but how are both specs from a “fun” factor? Only really have experience with Blood. Have to say I thoroughly enjoy blood. I feel I have a ton of control and utility compared to many other tanks. That really appeals to me.
I’m strongly considering maining my DK come SL as Blood, but am curious how their DPS specs are. Other considerations are this Paladin, Warrior, or Monk. Main intention is to tank, and it’ll likely come down to how much fun the DPS specs are.
Forst DK feels like old times again. It feels pretty smooth. I rarely had any downtime when going through a rotation. It hits hard and very “fun” to me. I love we can use 2h again and dk are looking like a good class to go into SL with.(assuming no last minute major overhauls) I cant speak on UH.

Unholy just got shat on. Might as well go frost at this point as this is once again gonna be another xpac unholy is bottom of the barrel while frost remains top tier.
I’ll laugh when this version of Unholy is top DPS over frost. Heck, I’ll laugh when because of the Apoc change, Army of the Damned becomes top dog on ST on row 50, and the opener becomes so streamlined, the class plays itself and Unholy is still top dog over Frost.
Literally Army -> Outbreak -> Festering Strike x2 -> Apoc and go to town.
Feels like a frost mage with less CC and a 5% self heal. You die quick in pvp
