I am trying to recraft and I feel like it should be easier for me to put a recraft order up or something!
Shouting all day to try to find someone feels liek im annoying everyone in trade 
Trying to find an inscriptionist to recraft a Crackling Codex is not fun!
That really depends on your server and whether there are people who specialized into that, but usually it is all done through trade unless you don’t care wheat ilvl it will be. Who crafted the original weapon? Try sending in-game mail to that person and seeing if they would be able to recraft.
I changed servers
My server is pretty low pop, but luckily has a server discord with a section for crafting orders. If you’re on discord I’d recommend seeing if your realm has one. 
this is a great idea!
Another thing to check for is a crafting community. Somebody on my server made one. The idea is that crafters set their note to their profession/specialization and customers can sort by note and send orders. Or just ask for a crafter in chat.
It seems to work OK, although I still get far more orders through Trade and the same people who are super active in Trade are also spamming community chat 24 - 7.
