if your playing Anni, you should be running in an active guild. Anni is currently with no LFG but if you que your LFD its not an auto. so you have to play during PRIME TIME. also, if you get in late on a server that is working on end phases perhaps you should roll a tank or healer.
i mean this with respect to you, but you have to think outside the box to make things happen in classic. dont post here, just take time for yourself and draw a bubble bath and think about how to make your experience better in anni
Orc stun resist is exaggerated in PVP. Not needing Edgemasters is a big QoL though. But yeah, a lot of people min-max while not being anywhere near competitive parses or pvp ratings.
I was quite surprised though by how many Ret paladin players there were when I rolled on the Alliance side.
I’d assume the effects of accelerating the lifespan of vanilla by 2x speed would have such effects. Boosting is encouraged since there’s literally less time to level up.
If you want to run low level dungeons then honestly you might have better luck on Era where people don’t have a hard cutoff to worry about and they’re not just leveling to play TBC. Plenty of time to smell the roses so in theory people should be. Although I personally haven’t tried doing low level dungeons on Era in quite some time so no promises. But I do feel like I see plenty of people looking for groups and I often get whispers from people asking me to tank such and such when I log on my level 35 mooncloth warrior alts.
I cannot speak for the LFD or forming groups as I am enjoying questing to level on anniversary right now but have had zero issues finding people to group with for those or out and about in the open world.
In fact some of the elite quests are a tad easier because i keep popping in to find most of the trash cleared with other players and can focus the main target and/or group up with them.
On era server you can form groups i think a bit easier or at least i have when i pop back on there for some of the lower dungeons.
I’m on Dreamscythe and it is incredibly active. It is a fact that many people have 60s but damn near all of them are also leveling alts. Ignore the boosters, in fact, just block those folks in chat. It is usually possible to find groups for all dungeons by utilizing the lfg tool not to list yourself, but to find already active groups that need your class and send them a whisper.
And, yes, absolutely join one of the many guilds! It will make it easier to get groups going. I’d take a little time to look around, see what guilds you see on a daily basis to help you gauge which might have more active members.
It’s almost like people don’t know how to do “/who 16-21” when dungeon finding… it isn’t dead, I’ve been getting ques and forming groups in less than 10 minutes.
