How accurate is questionably epic?

I have a 437 iradeus fragment and 437 vers/master (?) neck in my vault but apparently the 408 lariat and trinkets (one which is 392) are both better than that stuff. According to questionably epic anyway. Is that right? Or should I take one of the higher ilvl stuff even if it’s not better? Should I take the tokens? I am confusion.

Put it all into this and you’ll get mathematically accurate results:

Not for healers.

More to the point, it’s generally accurate, but tends to inordinately weight trinkets and such that provide raw healing independent of stat increases. You are going to require a degree of interpretation to determine if certain items are indeed upgrades relative to the inner workings of certain items.

Lariat has been over simming in my experience. Lariat will out parse regular necks because of the proc, but it wont out parse other embellishments which raid bots doesnt allow you to add.
