Also, releasing a patch to production, at night, with half or more of the office closed, is an INCREDIBLY bad idea, which is why every non-essential service avoids it like the plague.

It’s during a time where most people are at work, school or otherwise engaged in an activity that prevents playing anyway. It’s really the best time possible.

I vote against it, night is when I mainly get to play as it is for most people.

I also don’t want to force Blizz staff to all work extended night shifts every week. that is something I as a working person would never want to do and would therefore also not ask of them.

If they swapped it to night I wouldn’t be able to play cause I’d be working all day then when Im finally done working it would be down for maintenance.

You’ll never make everyone happy and you just happen to be in the minority on this. Most people work the 8-4/9-5 life… which is perfect for maintenance cause then they get off work and go play WoW.
