When “Chosen Identity” is enabled. Hover switches you to dragon form and doesn’t change you back to your visage form when the hover is complete.

I’ve been corrected. This is working as intended. Although, it would be nice if Chosen Identity switched to visage form after abilities like Hover as well.
Activate to automatically assume your Visage when you leave combat or after Soaring.
It’s not intended to. Per the text on the tooltip, it will automatically shift you back to visage after leaving combat or after landing from soar.
Anything you do to activate Dracthyr form outside of that isn’t part of what it does. We don’t have a lot of spells, just keybind visage if you want to swap back.
The only oversight was from you not reading the tooltip before posting that it isn’t working “correctly”, lol.
You are correct. I guess this is more of a feature request or suggestion then. I didn’t realize it wasn’t supposed to switch back, but I do prefer it if did.
You can make this happen by pressing one button.
Unfortunately, the switch is tied to combat, which is why hover ending doesn’t change you back. It would be nice if the chosen identity had broader parameters. Keep asking for it. It’s not an unreasonable request.

Almost as unnecessary as spending 3 seconds reading a tooltip before claiming it’s a bug on the forums😂.
Not shocked you find a button press to be an inconvenience.
What’s unnecessary is this thread. The time you spent on it could handle a whole expansion’s worth of pressing your visage hotkey in the rare situations where you want it to activate post-hover when out of combat, lol.
