Does player housing do anything besides just being a house? Because if I cant get the specific plot I want for my fantasy world, in my fantasy game then I don’t really see the point to even participate in housing….
What environment / plot do you want?
Keep checking neighborhoods for one that has that plot open and then reserve it and buy it within 10 minutes or whatever the time limit is.
Keep in mind that if it’s a particularly popular plot, then you may end up in a marginal neighborhood with slow endeavor progress. That’s what happened to me on my Alliance toon. I kept refreshing until I found an empty neighborhood with that plot. The neighborhood is still not completely full and they are only half done with endeavors when most neighborhoods are already done this month.

What else do you expect a house to do? Turn into a robot to fight other houses?

Literally found a brand new neighborhood this morning. I took the graveyard because I could.
Have they fixed the Org/SW neighborhood portals yet? If they’re still sending people to random neighborhoods that could be a way to look for neighborhoods with your preferred plot.
That would be cool actually.

Just keep checking. It took me about 4 hours of spamming neighborhoods, until a new one finally popped and I was able to secure plot 46 in a Horde hood.
I seriously hope we’re not opening up a whole other can of worms for blizz to take and run with these ridiculous ideas.
Which ridiculous ideas would you rather they run with?
