have big house 3 years ffx14 it wild to lol

The “Housing 101” video states that you’ll need 10 active accounts to “maintain” a guild neighborhood. Can you clarify what this means a little?

I’m aware of the requirement of 10 active accounts to to create a guild neighborhood, but does this mean that the guild has to maintain 10 active accounts every 30 days or the neighborhood will be ‘packed up’ (similar to how an inactive player has their house packed up and the plot forfeited)? If so, can you clarify a timeline for that (going dormant after 7 days, shard/instance destroyed after 14, etc.)?

We are a smaller guild and have several members traveling internationally for the holidays, who may not be able to log in again until January or later.

Not losing your house to inactivity if life gets in the way of the game was an early selling point for the housing feature, so a little concerned to see details like this spring up here and there without more clarification.

I’m in your camp. The more I think about this, the more complicated it gets.

By active accounts - does that imply they have to have their plot in your guild neighborhood, or just be in the guild?

Many RP’ers are in multiple guilds, and may even move houses to avail themselves of various guild stories or events going on in the different guilds they are in. What about that?

It would be very frustrating to have the creation check be just “10 active accounts”, but then collapse the neighborhood in 3 days because only 4 logged in to secure a plot, or 4 are setting their house in a community event neighborhood for the next few months. That’s a bad experience.

Look, I get it, Blizzard doesn’t know if the server load will work, but for the gods.. just give us the qualifications clearly. I just need to know what I need to do to accomplish the goal.

So frustrated by this.

How the heck do you get a NON guild neighborhood? I’m probably changing guilds for midnight…

Please some info about lumber gathering does it have an intro quest or can I just start in any zone.

Nvm I got it.

Step one…FIND A HOUSE..oh wait..

Simple…. don’t

about 10 years too late to save this dumpster fire of a game.
