how do i find a group for this Suggested players: 3 group quest? my rogue can’t even get pass the first elite. i’ve been asking for help on general chat for two days now nobody else is leveling in grizzly hills and i can’t use group finder because reasons please send help

Wrath group quests never had group finder. That was added in Legion I think. Now they removed it from Legion and BFA as well (don’t know the reason). Anyways, you can come back at 50+ (when Chromie Time is finished) to mow through them -OR- if you aren’t planning to return, you can abandon -OR- ask your guild if it’s an active one. It’s always been this way in Wrath leveling content. With 9.0, it’s like this for everything except Shadowlands since they removed group finder for group quests in BFA and Legion (wasn’t available anywhere else).

There are a fair number of quests now that are phased, so only someone who is also on that quest can help you. No one else can even see you. It may not be clear exactly at what point to pick up the questline that leads to it.
We were told it was necessary to remove access of sub 50 level players from the premade group tab in the group finder because this was necessary to keep level 1’s from posting wts ads in the group finder. Since that had no effect, my feeling is they just wanted levelers to have to solo all leveling content.
A lot of old zones are completely empty, or the chance that you will find anyone on that quest at the same time to be zero. When I did loremaster at the beginning of BfA, I kept a spreadsheet of quests that couldn’t be completed until after leveling up. Later, when I went back, I saw other players who had also overleveled completing the quests and moving on to continue that zone.
