I’ve been in the cave he spawns in for around 6 hours now and he has NOT spawned within that time.
Am I missing something? WoWHead says around 4 hours.
Not all Argus rares are up at all times. When they are up they respawn within minutes, not hours.

Never mind, it just spawned and I killed it LOL.
from wowhead, it says they are basically either on rotation or they aren’t. When they are spawning, they’ll respawn within a couple minutes. Every 4 hours whether that boss is spawning may change. So your best bet is to spend ~5 minutes checking for him, every 4 hours. also make sure you’re in the right cave.
