Hot Take: Normal/Heroic/Mythic dungeons should be harder

Heroics in TBC and maybe Cata were like +10s now without timers.
In TBC people just delt with it because they had to
In Cata 1/2 the player base lost their minds because they had been spoiled by WOTLK.

I loved TBC and Cata heroics but you better believe there will be backlash.

normal before max wont be like that. only after hitting max. So delves would have an place so people just cant jump into 7s and have no idea than get yell at. It happens most casual players and thats why people stop. Toxic people.

So this is just a “make m+ queueable” thread.

Removing a timer, and a queue for BIS mythic raid gear = easier over all.

In his brilliant system, m+2 gives mythic track (current m+13-14.) Drastically nerfing loot hahah.

Thank you for the sanity. Nobody wants death counter. Its a terrible idea. M+ is not delves. The timer is what makes M+ interesting. That people find crazy ways to do dungeons and figure out how to combine pulls for efficiency is what makes M+ so addicting.

Kinda like those crazy MoP CM’s where you’re like “HOW THE HECK ARE THEY PULLING EVERYTHING”

We are just implying there is, and that is why we need a massive nerfing to m+ content?

I cant even tell what the loot is.

Right now +8s give gilded and hero track. And m+10 gives mythic raid track.

But heroic dungeons are now +8s, and M0 are M+10?

it wont be like that the gear would be like Normal (vet) heroic (champ) mythic 0 (hero) mythic +(myth)

so its wont be easier for the higher end of the players

m+0 = m+10-12 (for some reason they are equal, I guess.) And give heroic track lmao.

But our lone hero can fail his way to an untimed m+2 and finally grasp that sweet mythic vault that has eluded him for so long due to the cruelty of timers.

You think that the leveling content should be as hard as non-queued content is currently? Lol, absolutely not. Queued content is designed around 100% success rate, endgame content isn’t. Genuinely that simple.

It’s making content easier that doesn’t need to be made easier.

If you want hero track loot from dungeons or myth from your vault you need to time dungeons. With your proposed change you don’t.

Moving them up to m+2 (equal to 13-14 I guess.)
So harder mythic track vault for everyone.

So, not even the same bad idea you pitched in the opener? No, dungeon progression is fine. If you want to run 10s, work your way to them and improve. If you want to run easier, do that instead.
