Make it super rare one time use revive item with like 0.0000003% chance to drop from a raid boss like cthun or KT. It might never even drop for someone with how rare it is but if it does the debate around who gets it would be entertaining.
I believe hardcore Blizzard-style should remain one life on the hc servers. You wanna revive? Blizz got you fam. Free transfer with revive on a non-hc server.
