To unlock Chreni (the Vendor outside the Horrific Vision center in Dornogal) you must clear a Horrific Vision with at least 5 masks equipped.
This vendor sells Heroic Track weapons and a cache that Champion Track. This “Enchanted Warbound Purifying Kit” is soulbound.
Why is this not Warbound? The character that is clearing these visions with 5+ masks does not need champion track gear. I sincerely hope that this is just an unintended bug. Please fix this and make this Kit warbound so we can “catch up” our alts with it…

I have completely missed the mark on that item. It’s not a cache with an item. It’s a consumable apparently? I went to use it and it just vanished and didn’t give me anything at all in my bag. So… I’m guessing it’ll do something with the gear from the chests in the visions? It’s no longer on the vendor, either.
