I havent successfully done a horrific vision and I know there are things I can buy in the auction house and stuff like that. Does anyone have like a list of everything you can buy or use to help?

WowHead has a guide to horrific visions which covers most everything you need to know about visions.
With that said, you have enough gear that you shouldn’t have too much trouble killing a couple of trash packs and the main boss.
Have you unlocked the titanic research archive (next to MOTHER)? Unlocking that and pursuing the tech tree really helps.

If you download handynotes, it shows you the locations for a lot of the helpful items inside the vision, also buy the food “K’bab”, it’s a free 100 sanity every 3 minutes, also, Potions.

So, OP, are you trying to clear the entire area or you’re just getting pwned by Alleria/Bosses?
Edit: Do not try to clear the area, you dont have enough sanity drain reduction to attempt that feat, even if you’re a rogue. You need the emergency defibrilator research at min for that. Also, you really need to get better gear, you barely have any useful corruption (no wounds, stars, td, etc.), Try to hit 450 ilvl equipped before attempting a full clear.

I suspect he doesn’t have much of the research console, but might be trying one of the outer areas. That’s probably going to be a bit of a rough time.
For the first 6 ranks, I think the basic gist of it is just to bump off a few of the close hostile critters, and then head up to alleria/thrall.
I really appreciate everyone taking the time to look at my profile and helping me. It is super confusing on all of the stuff I need as I have only been playing this game for like 45 days. Let me go over everything and I think that should help. Sometimes what is common acronyms and references to you guys is completely alien to me so I need to gradually learn it all.

Theres a guy who did 5 area no mask clear of visions on all classes wearing only open world content gear.

Please note he isn’t a master at most of the classes so his is more like “if you’re not that great at this class it’s ok cause here’s how I did this content in a similar scenario”
What are you having a problem with? All you need for the first couple cloak upgrade quests is to run in and kill Alleria or Thrall.
The first 6 levels all you need to do is kill the main boss… stealth to the entrance and kill the 2 guards in front and then Alleria / Thrall .
You need something called momentos ( spelling ? ) to fill up the research table near mother . It’s looks like a tree . As you fill that up , the visions start to get easier .
Just go slow until your tree is built up.
Than you can do it blind-folded
My go-to supply list for every alt I run through - when one finishes I just mail the stacks to the next alt. I have 15 Legendary cloaks and half are above rank 10. I keep a stack of all of these onhand.
- Augment Runes. They are cheap now.
- Ghastly Ghoulash. Amazing survivability.
- K-Bab. For use during RP and downtime.
- Invis Potions. For skipping trash.
- Polymorph grenades. CC for any class!
- Drums. Lust / Hero for any class!
The Scorched Feet debuff also makes it extremely difficult to solo corrupted areas, as it CONSTANTLY throws your character around everywhere and easily gets you killed by enemy abilities that are otherwise easily avoided.

Yea, you roll a Hunter or DH, or leech in someones group first to raise your cloaks resistance.
It is a bit annoying, but it gives a visual indication(fire) when it is close to going off, then it only throws you when you move - in the direction you move. So you can play around it by being careful.
If the character you posted on is the one you are having trouble with (rank 1 cloak, 435 gear)

https://www.wowhead.com/guides/obtain-legendary-cloak-overview-upgrading-stats-procs - To get rank 2 just go in and kill the final boss, turn in quest. To get rank 3-4 do 1-2 lesser zones. That should be your goal. And stealth is your friend.
- Do all 3 weekly Nzoth assaults. get gear and Coalescing visions for more vessel tries.
- Do the lesser vision daily in the major nzoth assault zone for the Coalescing Vision and the other currency
- Do some m0 and m+2 to gear up
Yes they can. For the first 5 ranks all they need to kill is the 2 guards and alleria/thrall.
This is bad advise for a new player with that gear. Don’t touch those extra zones until you have to.

If you are Vulpera, be careful jumping around. My friends with vulpera have gotten stuck in weird corners behind boxes due to jumping or hot feet.
Wow, I easily got 4 successes solo last night and didn’t change a thing yet. Why is Stormwind so much easier. I got destroyed in Orgrimmar before I even had a shot at the boss. I easily took down the 6 Mobs, 2 guards and the boss in Stormwind.
Why so much different?
