Paused for me. Tried spamming for 10 min still can’t get in.

I hit join and it just pauses after a second.
Looks like they are restarting servers. Thrall is shutting down in 13 min. Cross fingers it fixes it.
After 10 min got in and then on way to final boss server restated. Awesome Wasted token hope can get it back
After multiple tries I got in but the realms restarted and I lost the key while running a 5 mask… I hope we get the token back
Current Blizzard policy is to not refund tokens for any reason. Don’t get your hopes up on that one.
So frustrating it was doing the same for me, but as I was in queue for 16 minutes every time i checked it was paused. Then all the sudden it popped up and I entered the instance. so… patience?

Is it still happening to you after the server restart earlier? If so I’d suggest reporting it in a new thread specifying that it’s still an ongoing issue after the fix was applied.
Otherwise, it was addressed by a blue post in the CS forum, on the Blizzard CS twitter, and by the “breaking news” server restart popup on the battlenet app.
