Paused for me as well on this character. Just did a successful 3 mask right right before queing again for this one.
Tried all of the standard fixes - Logging characters, logging out, disabling addons etc.

Same for me also on battlegrounds. Keeps pausing, then it resumes and pauses again.

I am having the paused queue for SW vision as well on Dalaran realm. If it helps troubleshoot, this is on the first initial run before the tech in chamber is unlocked

Same here, on Jaedenar. Another toon of mine had no trouble running two HVs earlier today.

Same. Stormrage server. My char has visions paused as well as pvp and dungeon finder. Resetting all instances and reloading game changes nothing.

Same. Able to do two without issue and then auto-paused every other time.
Tried waiting, reinstancing chamber, passing party leads/syncing (happening for solo + groups).
