This place majorly needs a nerf bat, just a mild once at least.
Cant use the NPC to help, as that hinders the entire process.
im tired of asking my ingame friends to help me get stuff done, id like to be able to this on my own at some point

What aspect of it is giving you trouble? Is it running out of sanity or the mobs killing you directly?

Bit of both.
Have 1 mask on - Die
Have 0 Masks on - die on end boss cause of those bloody eyes
Have you considered git gud? If you do indeed git gud no longer will you need to ask friends to help you get very very easy task done such as horrific visions

Nah. They literally just came out and you haven’t unlocked all the buffs yet.
How far have you upgraded your tributes? Right now you can only get the first tier of upgrades on the hourglass (which will have more tiers available next reset), but leveling your tributes also make a massive difference in your power, giving you potions to restore sanity, doing more damage in general, getting haste buffs for kills, and even getting sanity on elite kills.
Also if the sanity drain is a lot, clear one section then immediately go back and do the boss, each time you do this will give you another 10% sanity drain reduction for each of the 5 sections of Stormwind, giving you a permanent 50% resistance to it once all of them have been done at least once.

And what do you need help with cause you can unlock the power increases trivially.

and to the first part about increased hp it was like that when it was released also

Do each zone to get 50% sanity resistance. Even if you do one new zone a run and rush the end boss after, doing so should be priority 1.
The following nerfs come over the next few weeks through the hourglass thing which lets you crank up the 60% sanity resist we have now to 90%, along with more sanity, more damage, a cheat death, and a super-power phase.
Also do the mechanics and they won’t do sanity damage and won’t cause you to insta-die. Sanity is your real health bar.

You’re supposed to stand between the eyes and the boss, looking away from the eyes. Yes, it’s a pain, but there’s a strategy to handle them.

Only Nerf I need is for Wrathion to shut up after every run…Blizzard knows these are gonna be farmed constantly…I don’t need to hear his same 2 lines OVER AND OVER…
I’ve never been annoyed by “Talking head” before, but that’s because even with WQs it wasnt the exact same thing every time to do them all…so there was some variety.

It’s easy. I’m already spamming the 2 “easier” bosses plus the main boss every run.
