is it all the server consolidations? war mode on or off doesn’t matter. my latency is very low and framerates high but still unplayable.
They’re just getting you used to how the entire game is going to be for SL launch.

Nope. It’s the bots. Same with Suramar, Burning Steppes, Nagrand (Draenor) etc etc. Anywhere people are farming with 5x multiboxxing Balance druid bots is going to lag. There are literally hundreds of them at a time on every server.
Try questing in Suramar these days. Just try it. Enjoy waiting 20sec everytime you try to loot something. 40ms latency, 140 FPS, 20sec of loot lag.

what is there to farm in “new” uldum?
frankly i rarely run across multi-boxers except in nazjatar. only time i see lag in nazjatar is when there are 80-120 alliance in the same shard for the battleground 
i don’t go to those other places so idk

Zone lag is RNG, man. When you get to play in a zone with no lag, you will feel like you won the lottery.
Battle for Nazjatar is borked, thanks to the fact that they didn’t account for what ended up as shard flooding by ruin gaming.
simple answer = bots.
Example: suramar is having server lag despite reporting the bots and getting a mail from blizzard thanking me for it… they are back.
it’s the legion of bots farming the area, there are hundreds of them concentrated at points there. that’s why.
