i was mining around in winterspring and found a rich node i was only able to hit the node once it had a crystal but i didnt get it then it wold me someone else was usin it when i was the only one in the cave and the node didnt disappear for for as long as i watched it. now at this point i dont care about the crystal but when i opened a ticket the gm told me it was my fault because of my addons. my addons cant change ingame models it only affects hotbars and warnings. so to tell me its my fault your game doesnt work then write back to my ticket blamming titan panel a addon i dont even use is ridiculous how about yall apologize for your layer bs not working properly and someone probably on a different layer being the reason my node broke an not my addons. that the company wantrs to blame its customers unstead of looking into it on theyre side is reminds me of when yall announced d3 for mobile an was mad noone wanted it. its you’re fault the node didnt work properly and instead of blaming customers that have been around for 10 years maybe yall should look into it.

I will agree that customer service is terrible for this game.
Whatever happened to opening a ticket and getting a GM whisper in a few minutes or an hour?
What is this web ticket crap. Opening tickets is more annoying than the issue itself 90% of the time
Have you ever read a book or scientific study in your life?? This is much easier to read
