The sound from the quest item horn sounds like you sampled a low-flying plane overhead and just ran with it- and it plays over and over and over with people rushing to do the quest. Sitting in Goldshire or Razor Hill, I feel like I need to cut all the lights off to stop the Luftwaffe from bombing my house circa 1941.
