How hard is it to find groups running early, early morning?

Assuming you’re referring to “early, early morning” server time, Azuresong’s population description will be “Low” on weekdays, and “Low” or “Medium” on weekends.
Since some of the “senior” players on the server (with characters level 50+) are probably making alts by now, you’ll probably find people to group with while leveling. In terms of end game activity, by the time you hit 60, there will be plenty of other 60s available to group with. But, if you’re interested in raiding, I’m not familiar with any guilds who will schedule raids in the morning on this server (or any other server for that matter). Considering, Azuresong is a Low-Medium pop server, you might have better luck finding (or creating) a morning raiding guild on a higher pop server.
I am not aware of any morning guilds who are focused on raiding either.
