They actually have this in retail. But half of the Horde are turned into Alliance for the duration of the match. It’s called Mercenary mode.

Why would the Warsong Outriders reward horde for fighting other horde in Warsong Gulch? Their battle is with the Elves who wish to stopping their logging ventures in Ashenvale.

20 horde players in WSG would be more realistic as alliance is a chicken in PvP and wouldn’t appear.

A challenge would have been trying to PVP as Alliance in WPVP during P2. What you have experienced was not in fact a challenge. Deal with the fact you chose the side with larger PVP numbers.
