Is there anyway to know where I’m at, or an add on that specifies what to do?
Unlocking the Kul Tiran is a nightmare for someone who just transferred over from the Horde. Any help would be great! Thanks.

That worked well, I don’t trust WoWhead too many boomers.
I kid of course, now I’m stuck again lol. WoW this is a journey to unluck because I need Tides of Vengeance … TO WoW head!

Whats interesting is, I didn’t it was moved, not sure why and why to here, maybe I did that after the fact, all good. Hopefully someone has some help they know of.

If you have For Zandalar on horde and you transferred the character
it should swap to tides of vengeance done to alliance side it all should pop up… I would think?
In that wowhead article in the comments it says,
" Cyrus Crestfall not showing up for you on a faction changed toon even though all the others comment said it should since you already did the story on the Horde side (or for whatever spaghetti code reasoning)?
Go to Stormwind and start the Kul Tiras intro quest by picking up Tides of War (and ignore the location the map tells you the quest pick-up is, it’s actually picked up from Hero’s Herald). Complete that intro questline through to the quest “The Old Knight” (~5min). This quest will allow Cyrus Crestfall to finally appear in the Harbormaster’s Office in Boralus (67.96, 22.11) with this quest available to pick-up, What You May Regret."
I would try that and see what happens.
