Horde still needs lumber

There’s no port in Lordaeron. This was the reason Garrosh wanted Gilneas. For exactly that reason, to solve this exact problem. If Forsaken could reclaim EPL and WPL, that could be a lumber supply as well.

Could have ship whatever they harvested to Silvermoon. And then have its fleet transport it.

Silvermoon does not have a shipping port.

And just because we don’t see a port in-game doesn’t mean there is no port in lore. Silvermoon was a major contributor to the Alliance Navy in Warcraft 2. The Forsaken make up the bulk of the Horde Navy. OBVIOUSLY those two places must have not only a port, but shipyards and dry docks.

Post-Cata, there really is no excuse for the Horde not to have lumber. They have nearly everything North of Hillsbrad, and Dustwallow march is right there, unoccupied.

And even pre-cata. They still had access to Tirasfal, Silverpine, Hillsbrad and Quel’thalas.

Have you seen Sunsail Anchorage lately? It’s full of withered, and all the ships have sunk in the bay.

I always think to myself If complex problems were solved with the most basic half-a$$ed answers we wouldn’t have complex questions to begin with, and you are giving those vibes Zerde, as someone who only gives dumb answers to complex problems. Useless.

Didnt you know? What character we are playing on means we are that team!

Jokes on them, I’m on my own team.

You do realize they probably solved their withered problem long ago? Unless the blood elves are so weak and ineffective to deal with such a basic problem. Not to mention the blood elves were able to send out an entire fleet during several different conflicts. They clearly have other harbors and shipyards we simply do not see ingame.

If they can sends fleets to war. They can use said fleet for commerce.

More like the Horde refuses to damage their own stuff first and exploit their resources and choses instead that being a thief was always more profitable.

Like in that mulgore scenario where you can see that while it is largely plains there is still a good chunk of trees. But no, the taurens would probably be upset if someone decided to strip mine all of it and turn their environment into a deforested wasteland but the Horde has no qualms about doing the same to the night elves.

They just now at the end of Shadowlands solved their Scourge problem, so no, I don’t think Silvermoon has seen anything but survival since WC3.

The Alliance having a resource advantage doesn’t support your Alliance victim complex. :disappointed_relieved:

No idea if Exploring EK covers it but I imagine most of Eversong proper is relatively recovered at this point.

Honestly that feels weird. We know the forsaken have a navy. Where do they dock? Do they just let their floating wrecks anchor off shore and then just jump off and walk to shore when Forsaken sailors are off duty?

i imagine they docked in Gilneas since they held the port for so long but since we really had no ingame update or not short story about it we don’t know. In BFA Sylvanas was building a whole fleet of new Forsaken warships but the details on that are nil.

They had a fleet back in Wrath, before they took Gilneas

it doesn’t make sense, the Forsaken don’t have a port.

Lordaeron actually does have a port, it’s just not shown in game. Otherwise how did Lordaeron have a fleet of its own when Terenas was alive

Southshore?

Presumably there or somewhere close by. But we know a port does exist. It’s why we complained during Cata that Garrosh attacking gilneas for a port made zero sense.

Not only that, but Garrosh knew the forsaken could never take and hold gilneas without devastating their population in the process.

It’s pretty much just this. You can’t Faction of Peace without killing a few elves and crying about Camp Taurajo.

Lemme know if you can still post.

You’d think with all those shamans in your ranks you’d come up with a sustainable practice or terraform the surrounding areas
