Horde should get a portal to Suramar instead of Aszuna

How come the portal to Broken Isles is for Aszuna and not Suramar?

Probably so lower than 110 characters aren’t murdered, and due to the quest phasing.

Exactly. Same reason why the portal to MoP is jade forest: that’s where people leveling up start their quests.

Why should horde get special treatment - alliance’s portal is to aszuna as well.

Then why not just have the portal go to Dalaran in Broken isles?.. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Well, they could port us to Highmountain

No go with suramar for the reasons people already pointed out. Pretty sure you have to quest there before it even becomes a hub. Dunno about the other FPs in the zone.

If aszuna is the “first” questing zone (dunno if you still have to pick zones from the class hall to go quest there anymore) then thats probably why. The zones actually do have a subtle sequence I believe.

There’s still a hearth stone to dal.

Why would we have a portal to Suramar? Suramar isn’t our Allied race. Suramar is Nightborne. We have NightFALLEN. Homeless crack elves.

Aszuna is probably the best place, simply because it is a central location and thus, overall connection.

You have a special hearthstone that does that.

Honestly, when going through the storyline in Suramar, I thought for sure that by the end of Legion, Jaina was going to kick the Horde out of Dal (again), only this time it would stick because of the War of Thorns, and that they were setting Suramar up to be the Horde’s Dalaran.
