Horde Shaman Can't Learn Two-Handed Maces

So WOWHead’s Classic page for 2H maces says Shaman can learn it from Ansekwha in Thunder Bluff and when my Druid talks to him Two-Handed Maces is shown in his list … but when my Shaman talks to him that option isn’t there.

I’ve enabled all three filters but it won’t show up.

Everything I read tells me I should be able to learn this, anyone have any idea why I’m not offered it?

Its a talent point in the enhance tree.

NP, interesting tidbit, for awhile at the start of vanilla everytime a shaman would respec he would have to relvl the two handed axe and mace wpn skills.
