Looking for a good Horde server that isnt considered ‘Full’ before Dragonflight. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Except moonguard, the RP realms are pretty well balanced.
Unless you’re wanting to be in a guild, your server isn’t that important honestly. Virtually everything is cross realm, including the AH.

Wyrmrest Accord, it’s a RP server it can be pretty fun.
