Horde Queues 20 Minutes Now Proves

do you often base your whole opinion off one data point? Rofl

How about you and everyone unsubbing / rerolling make a better choice and not care so much about how the opposing faction gets access to a mini-game, just enjoy the main focus of the devs and do your PVE content!

Honestly, anyone who seriously quits because of this change, the game is better off without them. Good riddance.

This statement has “Flat Earth” energy.

Ridiculous. It’s not like Blizzard makes server populations public with minute to minute updates and they certainly don’t give us sub numbers for each faction. All we can do for acquiring data is observations at this point. Do I wish we had a better alternative? Sure.

I’ve seen multiple forum posts, guilds, and friends all say they were unsubing over it. It’s happening whether you like it or not. We just don’t know how widespread it is based on a small sample size.

This really is the entire problem. TBC and retail should be separate subscriptions and this would solve the problem entirely. Get rid of the retail tourists.

Anyone who quits over a pvp mini-game, good riddance they are bad for the community.

“WSG - 35 minutes
AB - 37 minutes
EoTs - 34 minutes”

Still too long. Bring back HvH. Horde were only real competition anyway.

Horde still outnumber Alliance on OCE, this change will make it worse if implemented. Theres a decent pop that knew the queue times would make Alliance worth it over losing out on hordes numerous advantages.

So looking at Ironforge pro (the data that we have) its roughly 150,000 (54%) horde to 135,000 (46%) alliance. A portion of both population sets PvP.

because you saw lets say 10 forum posts about people unsibbing, not knowing if they truly unsubscribed or if they are just expressing their frustrations - You extrapolate that to the wider audience and assume “WOW must be thousands of retail players leaving, KNEW IT”

These numbers are actually based on warcraftlogs, the numbers will continue to rise as people cap and get into their first raids(if that guild/pug even logs their raids)

Also untick EU and Russia. Only 1% difference but yeah.

I haven’t queued any BG’s because I’m waiting to see what Blizzard is going to do. If they don’t do HvH queues I’m gonna go back to PvE spec and finish my gear but if they do do the change then I’ll continue PvP spec and finish my honor gear. I’m so poor I don’t want to pay for the respec’s so I’d rather just wait to see what Blizzard does lol.

/raises hand timidly in the back:

Um…yes we could. Dude. I was here in '07. This is all going down EXACTLY how it went down the first time.

Basically how I feel about it. It’s an attempt to try to be edgy and fit in.

That’s semantical, the point I’m illustrating is that hes taking maybe a dozen posts and extrapolating it to hundreds of thousands of people as a blanket behavior. Hes poorly expressing his personal opinion and applying it to others without any solid evidence.

lol right, left my horde toons with 6k gold and titles to go ally for queues

This data is based off people raiding, which horde apparently don’t do as much since they played the game solely for pvp. It’s not an accurate set of data to extrapolate from. It’s too bad Blizzard broke the server population addons.

Oh I know, I wasn’t having a go at you or anything, you made a good point. I just see alot of Alliance try and use that website for their PVP arguments when its gets its numbers from PVE logs. Quite funny.

This is incorrect I am queing bg’s from 10 am onward and its like 30 to 40 minutes a que. When it’s evening times its closer to 50 minutes to an hour. Also not to mention that every que pop today has been alliance premades

I will take bad opinions for 500 Alex.

Agree with this one though.

So you’re telling me there are even more Horde players than represented? Meaning queue times will be bottle necked and remain long regardless of your few “im unsubbing” posters?
