Anyone with this plot notice it shrunk way way down? I had fencing at the edge of the property yesterday and today the edge is much much further in, I cant place anything out where the edge used to be.
At least the decor limit on the plot feels bigger with less space?

Hey!
So I am an owner of plot 52 and you’re definitely onto something.
The plot seems to have shrunk on the sides, remained the same on another, and extended a bit on the 4th side.
I build right along the borders before pre-patch and here are some pictures showing the change:

It’s quite disappointing but oh well.
I will hop on my Alliance character (plot 24) and see if anything’s up there.

So far my plot on Alliance, plot 20, was unchanged (that I could tell based on my fences, it may be slightly larger but i may have goofed my fences in a little).
Thank you for proving i’m not too crazy! i wonder how many other plots changed.
editl I see you also like green roofed blood elf towers on plot 52. I like you.

Ok so the more I look at my pictures, I actually think what happened is that the plot boundary stayed the same, but our decor moved over.
I am looking at my front wall alignment for instance, and I don’t remember there being space to go around the plot/circumvent the wall design I have. If I move the wall to where the plot line is, it is more accurate to how I suspect it was.
Similarly, the well is way off outside; I feel like it was not that far out. And the last big tell for me is that one of my trees on the edges is clipping horribly through the ground. I definitely did not have it that way!
So I think what happened is blizzard fudged (accidentally I am sure) the coordinates of decor on these plots. Obviously, they may have shrunk some (like 52) but who knows!
Thank you! The Ocean colour just speaks to me so I had to go with it

Also one thing I am noticing is that the plot boundary is a lot more unforgiving this time vs before pre-patch for some items such as the Razorwind Acacia Tree. Again, not sure if this is a bug or not.

that was some very impressive detective work! I did have fences clipping through the hill thing that, with your back to the water, is to the very front (by the cornerstone) left, and they were still there and still clipping, but what i didn’t do before deleting them was match the weird terrain i was seeing relative to plot lines now, vs how the fence clipped before so unfortunately i cant see where/what direction etc it was off. GJ me, lol.
thank you for doing this!
100% my plot lines were reduced on prepatch. I have a deck build right on lot line and post patch i cant extend my deck along “previous” lot line. I have flowers planted in places where I cant place more now.

I’m experiencing a very similar issue on Plot #30 in Razorwind Shores. Areas I previously could place decor in are now inaccessible, and now I’m forced to leave what I’ve placed there alone lest I risk ruining the build permanently.

Ok so after spending some time in my plot (52), I definitely think they shrunk it AND kind of reshuffled a lot of the values for decor.
I honestly would like to see plots made bigger.

Mine actually grew a little, on 3 of 4 sides.
I’m also on 52 and it’s definitely changed. Some of my decor is now pretty far outside the boundary from where I originally placed it.

Plot 15 in razorwind shores, border got shifted away from the cliff face… it used to butt right up to the cliff and in fact part of the border was actually in the cliff… now the entire border is a few feet away from the cliff
I made a bunch of posts about this all of which went ignored. Plot 52, they 100% shrunk the property size while also moving the boundary AND shrunk the mudhut. I had it outlined in fence before the patch and after patch all of that decor is now out of bounds.

Mine grew a little, I’m on plot 22 and had carefully placed the stone panderen fence all the way around the property as far as it would allow. Once they put a glowing border in place to see the edges (THANK YOU BLIZZARD) I gained like 2 feet on either side of the lot. The front and back stayed the same pretty much, if I remember correctly.
Some of my decor “hung over” the new border line but now I cant work on it cuz its not my property. Worse part for me is I changed my Orc hut to a Blood Elf home style and now on my smaller property and this monstrosity of a home looked so choked up. I swear it looks like a So. Cal. Mansion tract home with a 7000sq/ft house on 75’x75’ property.
I love my property, but omg, my home looks so wrong there.

They absolutely shrunk it. The only decor I had that had moved was the entrance, everything else remained the same yet my canopy with a trash pile is almost completely off the property, one of my trees is off my property, my voidwell is almost completely out of my property, and my telescope is almost completely out out of my property.
I was also able to place an open air shed almost completely off the property.

Some plots have definitely shrunk. Plot #2 in Razorwind, shrunk heaps. I have a lot of decor out of bounds now. So I will never ever move it. lol.
