Interesting Race and players that didn’t turn WM on, complain they get killed, and refuse to turn it off.
nothing. Unless they just swap alliance and horde names.
the removal of the faction barrier, thus allowing everyone to play with everyone else.
This. The problem isn’t anything related to the faction’s design, the problem is the Alliance playerbase.
That is not entirely true, Magni is neutral now, there is no Darnassus, and no Theramore (not that this counts) Bolvar is LK and so on.
Undead are my whole reason for playing World of Warcraft. but I dunno, I wont even tell Sergeant Wilson that I’ll fight alongside Alliance in battlegrounds.
This for me is the biggest issue of the faction, being honest. It gets tiresome.
If blizzard removed the alliance leaders plot armor. Like I want to play a night elf cuz of warcraft 3, but Tyrande just ruins it for me. Kill tyrande and I’ll play one
Tauren switching sides to alliance.
This… 100 times, this
Wife plays Alliance.
Mained Alliance for probably more years then people in this thread have been playing, this is 100% not a thing.
Free faction change?
Nothing really. The only reason I play 1 alliance character now is to see their story. I like my female Draenei though. I honestly wish high mountain taurens would have been Alliance and Horde got the Lightforged Draenei. I would have race changed my Horde into one right away.
Eh… not much. I honestly think the Alliance is incredibly boring. There’s nothing I like about them besides Dwarfs and even they’re kinda boring.
I guess if the Alliance wasn’t so boring, and maybe had an undead faction of their own, but something of very high quality. Maybe if the faction had anything that was interesting… I guess I would think about it.
For the most part, no.
Less leaders still alive… there is just too many leaders not dying, running away or quitting!
Sure it’s not.
Sylvanas did.
I feel like everyone forgets Fandral Staghelm. He led the NElves in vanilla until he turned into a raid boss for Cata.
Glad we settled that
If alliance stopped being the kid group then yeah, I would. I played alliance for a month in BC to play with a friend who wanted to try NE and I went Human. The most whiny bunch of 12 year old REEEEEE’s I’d ever met. Since Vanilla, Horde was mostly mature people, and alliance was mostly the immature brats. Considering a friend went to play with his cousin on alliance recently and immediately quit that toon and stayed horde, it’s still the same.
