There are a couple of problems with the Quest “Horde of Heroes”.
It’s a bit subtle, but see if you can spot it:

There’s a horse in there. Horses aren’t associated with the Horde, get that out of there!

That’s my horse, it has nothing to do with the Quest.
Rexxar doesn’t have a cape.

It’s carrying you while you do the quest, which is a Horde quest. Still the issue that I can see.
It’s definitely the two Alliance guards who are probably freaking out at the sight of floating Rexxar and the orc with a magical wolf.

When they introduce Mok’nathal as a playable race I hope they get the Rexxar flying skill, lol. I noticed that from day one and was like “WTF? When do Mok’nathal fly?”.
F.Y.I. Mok’nathal are my favorite race so enjoyed watching Rexxar fly even if it is a bit weird.
I’m not seeing the problem.
