Hi all, i am looking for a semi casual guild. I am quite a noob when it comes to optimizing my characters when it comes to performance. Would love to join a guild/community that would have me and help me with my progression. So i can join the guild/community in raiding etc.

We’d have to get your ilvl to a decent spot to catch up to the raid team, but we’re willing to teach if you put in the effort to learn.
Tribe gaming is a group of working professionals in our 20s-30s. Our members represent a range of play styles from Casual to Semi-Hardcore.
We focus on organized play to maximize our time together in game. We run Heroic raiding for AOTC and M+ through the week. We’re willing to teach those who will put the effort in to learn the mechanics and master their rotation.
Raids start at 8:30pm EST on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
M+ Monday nights, after raids, and ad hoc over the weekend.

Its Bloodlust Not Hero is an adult guild (21+) on Thrall. We are a Heroic Raiding guild (9/9H BoD) , raiding Fri/Sat, 8-11 pm Eastern. With a 7/9M raid leader, we will likely work on some mythic bosses once we have the roster for it. We are a pretty consistent group, some of whom have been playing together since Wrath. We enjoy raiding and running mythic+ together in a team atmosphere where we respect one another. We are always willing to help a guildie gear up a toon so they can participate in raiding and m+. Due to a very recent move to Thrall, we are looking to expand our group with others who share our mindset. We are looking primarily for ranged dps, especially boomkin and hunter, although we can also use a rogue. Other melee would be considered.
We offer all members a repair allowance, and raiders also get enchants/gems for their raiding toons. Our goal is to provide a friendly atmosphere where the members work together as a team for the guild’s benefit, with both casual players and raiders contributing to the guild’s success. We are also LGBT friendly.

Goodmorning! I’m smitty with Corrupted Cannoli on Area 52. Along myself a group of friends wanted to make a home. We are brand new and we just started to raid, we are looking for more DPS. We aren’t elitist jerks who are selfish, we are all helpful, and we would love to help you out. We do M+s on almost a daily basis. We encourage to run with another instead of pugging.
Our raid days and times are Friday and Saturday 8pm to 11pm EST. After one weekend of raiding we are 9/9N and 1/9H, I’m extremely proud of the raid team and we want to add more to our ranks.

About Us:
<Rally> is a guild founded upon the principle that we want to enjoy the people we are playing with. Rather than being a raiding guild that is social, we are a social guild that raids. We use very exclusive recruitment methods to ensure compatibility among members to maintain a cohesive atmosphere at all times.

From the new player who is still leveling to the retired hard core raider who is looking for a challenge on a more forgiving schedule. An experienced player with a buddy brand new to the game. Guild Atmosphere
We have mostly adults here, averaging about 30 in age. We’re still plenty immature at times and we have lots of fun. There’s some dry humor, a meme channel in Discord and hidden bot commands to troll each other. We’re a family here. We spend the day chatting in Discord chat from our phones or work until people start getting home and logging in. We have people with children and families and share complaints about cranky children and spouses. We are a highly active community of people. If you joined Rally, you could physically raid 5 nights a week and a lot of people do. We bring alts to other raids or even raid the same raids again despite loot lockouts because it’s just fun to hang with these people and smash !@#$ together.
We are looking to recruit people who fit into our group well and get along. We are looking for people who care and want to learn and get better or are already skilled but lack the time to dedicate to hardcore raiding as well. Whether you still want to push progression or just want to raid once a week for fun and minimal pressure, please apply!
We are a tight knit community of friends with a solid foundation of real life and long term friends having played WoW and other games together for 10+ years. We have a diverse membership with several couples, male and female, and new and experienced players. Our Discord is active during the day while people are at work and we are always spending time online running Mythic+, alt raids, popup raids, world quest groups, leveling alts, helping each other level and gear, etc.
