I try to leveling but warlocks and pallys kill me every time
Horde meta lock is weaker in pvp because of paladins yes. However horde meta locks are better in pve because of how alpha scales with meta and searing pain(although lock isn’t that great a tank rn because shaman exists) I would recommend SL or SM/ruin for pvp as horde lock and for leveling its just something that will happen. PvP is going to happen on a pvp server I play on CS as well and have leveled 4 tank locks for splits ok the paly 1 shots all to well. Don’t get discouraged. Lock DPS and tank is very good in the endgame.
Pally’s are an open world menace. They have pummel now. So they can hoj, repent, then pummel your fear. If it lands they can bubble out of it. They also have lay on hands if it gets crazy.
